All CME vehicles are fully equipped to handle any maintenance task.

Our Staff

All CME service technicians are supplied with uniforms, photo identification and company vehicles, making us readily visible to our clients and other partners.

All employees are site and safety inducted and have to pass stringent security checks prior to being assigned to work on any CME client site. Furthermore, all our staff are inducted and managed in accordance with legislative requirements, including but not limited to, disruption to the operation of the facility, OH&S and environmental issues.

CME combines the expertise of a national company with experienced local service personnel to help you keep your ‘mission critical’ system online and operating at optimum conditions. All day, every day.

CME can offer a 24 hour emergency response service that is second to none.

Technology & Reporting

CME has sourced and developed the most advanced systems on the market to ensure customers have access to real-time performance, financial and planning information that is necessary for intelligent maintenance and replacement decisions.

CME will conduct a site audit which will ensure all pieces of equipment that should be covered by the contract are recorded on an Asset Register. CME will attach a bar-code to each asset, and record this against the Asset Register form.

CME technicians utilise PDA’s (CME’s SMART Mobile Solution) which extends process automation and standards in the field in a fully integrated handheld solution. This increases the efficiency and effectiveness of our Service Operations and improve our level of customer service towards our clients.

All preventative maintenance and reactive services are managed through CME’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Simpro. CME’s CMMS provides our customers with a full-reporting suite via a Web Portal utilising the latest web enabled technologies. Simpro is your window into the history and performance of your assets and CME’s service. CME is able to integrate with most back-end platforms.
